No matter which one, don't worry, I'm here for you with the Conscious Connection Holiday Yoga Series!
Conscious Connection Holiday Online Yoga Series will help you to reflect on the past year and align for the upcoming one. It is your chance to treat yourself to some self-care, helping you maintain your inner balance during this wonderful but sometimes stressful period of the year ;)
You will receive ten daily yoga practices, each accompanied by a reflection exercise and other extras. Each session lasts between 15 and 45 minutes, so you can fit it in between your January schedule. With a combination of Vinyasa flow, Inside Yoga alignment, yin yoga and meditation (β and now sound baths!), even a short yoga session a day can have a big impact as you leave 2025 behind and welcome 2026!
How does the Series work?
β Sign up via the Vimeo site.
β You will receive a confirmation email with all the info you need.
β Use the digital manual as your guide, as you move through 10 days of yoga accompanied by inspirational quotes, touching playlists and reflection exercises and with optional bonus meditations.
β Each video lasts between 15 and 45 minutes, and the practices include a mix of different styles β vinyasa flow, Inside Yoga alignment, stretch, yin yoga & meditation.
β All videos are available until 31st January, so you can also do the series at the beginning of the new year if you can't make it over the holidays.
