After grounding into the present moment yesterday, today's practice is about creating space β letting go of what no longer serves you to make space for the new. In this soothing yin yoga practice, we'll focus on opening the front body. A little free movement at the start is there to help you arrive in your body before you drop into stillness. After that, let your props hold you as you melt into each asana and allow yourself to simply be.
Props: Grab a bolster or cushion and blocks if you have them β sofa cushions work perfectly too (the more the better) π I also like to have a blanket handy for the end of my yin practice to get nice and snuggly in savasana π
Tip: If you have some extra time today, the Sound Bath would be the perfect complement to this practice ππ½ββοΈ
