In today’s practice, you’ll be invited to tap into your inner strength and cultivate courage on the mat. So often we tell ourselves all the things that could go wrong before we’ve even tried.
Connect to Courage is about recognising fear, giving it space, but not always letting it hold us back. You’ll work towards some inversions, supported by strengthening poses for the arms, shoulders, and core – with options to explore with or without the wall.
