Having grounded, released and moved with change, today is about growing and expanding in the direction you want to go – aligning from the inside out. This is a slower, alignment-focused practice that makes fun use of blocks. Longer holds help to strengthen the back body and give you time to open and expand through the front body. As you hold each pose, the invitation is to focus your energy on where you want it to go – because what you focus on expands.
Props: Yoga blocks are the main prop today. Grab two if you have them, or something similar in shape and size. Place them at the back of your mat to begin.
