Today's practice honours the fact that we're all in a constant state of flux – and that while we can't always control what changes, we can change our relationship to it. This is a “flow and hold” practice, meaning you'll start by moving in each position before settling into a longer hold. And there is a unique invitation built in: you choose how you move. Each pose can be done slowly and fluidly, or more dynamically and energetically – adapting to whatever you need today. This one is worth coming back to, because every time you do it, it will feel a little different.
Props: Blocks are optional (but I like to use them here 😉) – if you'd like them, place them at the front of your mat before you begin.
